Watch Warranty

Jorg Gray will warranty every watch sold for a period of 3 years after purchase. Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under Jorg Gray’s warranty program. The dial, hands, and watch movement are covered under warranty. These will be replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of Jorg Gray, if proven to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

Jorg Gray’s warranty does not cover "external damage" to the product. Jorg Gray does not service watches with any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal or glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown or stem, finishes, clasps or buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.

Damage that occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party null and voids the warranty from Jorg Gray. This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.

Jorg Gray's warranty does not cover watch batteries.

Should your watch require repairs that are not covered by the warranty, or should the warranty period have expired, Jorg Gray offers a program that will service and repair your watch for a flat $30.00 fee that includes return shipping and handling.

In order to obtain out of warranty or non-warranty related repairs or service made to your watch, please send your watch, a copy of your sales receipt, a completed watch repair order form and $30.00 payment to Jorg Gray. You can obtain the WATCH REPAIR FORM (DOWNLOAD HERE).
